We are currently recruiting for the following:

Part Time Receptionist Role

 We are seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team. The right candidate will be responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests.

Tasks involve:

1.     Undertake front of house duties

2.     Be responsible for accurate and efficient guest billing and billing procedures

3.     Keep hotel reception area clean and tidy at all times

4.     Undertake office duties such as entering bookings, taking phone calls, answering emails, filing, meeting room bookings.

5.     To ensure that all reservations/cancellations are processed efficiently.

6.     Report any issues to the manager.

Skills and Experience Required: 

1.     High standards of dress and presentation

2.     Ability to remain calm in difficult situations

3.     A friendly and welcoming approach

4.     Ability to work unsupervised

5.     Excellent interpersonal skills including a pleasant telephone manner

6.     Good administrative skills and the ability to use email

7.     Good team working skills

8.     Hospitality industry or administrative experience preferable

9.     Fluent level of English and eligible to work full time in Ireland

Part-time contract. 2/3 days per week including weekends.
